Huazheng Precision Reading Club and monthly commendation conference
Today, our company held a weekly reading club and monthly commendation conference as scheduled. Huazheng's Book Club has been held for the 17th time, and both activities are intended to encourage employees to continue to learn and improve, and to recognize the outstanding achievements achieved in the monthly work. In these activities, we focus on delivering positive energy and positive messages to help our employees grow and develop better.
At the reading club, we read aloud the articles which was carefully selected by our colleagues. My friends shared their thoughts when they read the articles . By focusing on reading and discussing these books, we hope our employees will gain new ways of thinking and knowledge . The reading came up with some very positive, inspiring and motivating content, such as expanding horizons, daring to try, striving for excellence and teamwork. These ideas can not only help our employees become better professionals, technical experts, but also help our business grow.
Then we had a our monthly commendation conference. From positive feedback of employees, we have found that such public commendation conference and praise not only improves team morale and motivates employees, but also promotes a harmonious work environment and enhances employee willingness and engagement. The employees we recognize this time are undoubtedly the pride of our company. The outstanding team of the month is the programming department. The programming department is the soul of a CNC machining center, they strive for excellence, strive to improve the technical skill, improve processing efficiency, and challenge the complex and high-precision parts. They have made outstanding contributions to the company and ensured delivery and quality through their efforts. These are contributions and spirit worthy of recognition and recognition that impact all employees of our company and inspire all of us to work harder.
