Under high pressure die casting, the filling time of aluminum is very short, generally in the range of 0.01~0.2s.

Die casting machines are generally divided into two categories: hot chamber die casting machines and cold chamber die casting machines. The hot chamber die casting machine has high automation, low material loss, and higher production efficiency than the cold chamber die casting machine, but it can only be used to produce castings of zinc alloy, magnesium alloy and other low melting point materials due to the heat resistance of the machine. Aluminum alloy die casting, due to the high melting point, can only be produced in the cold chamber die casting machine.
