Product introduction
Our CNC Machining ABS Prototypes have strong mechanical properties and impact strength and are dimensionally stable for use in many different applications. They have good abrasion resistance, chemical resistance and are insoluble in most alcohols and hydrocarbon solvents, but cannot withstand very high temperatures and are therefore less resistant to weathering. In addition, they are mainly used in the manufacture of instruments, housings for household appliances and in electroplating work, where they have a high efficiency and a smooth surface to be used instead of some metal.
Features
Our CNC Machining ABS Prototypes are made from high strength ABS, a low cost engineering plastic that gives our products good working properties and is widely used in the medical, automotive, electrical and construction industries. At the same time, these components come with a somewhat matt finish and are meticulously finished to give them a glossy look that will not mould or corrode easily when in use. In addition, they are highly efficient, run smoothly and are easy to drill, giving them good performance when used as housings.
